Yesterday while we were driving around northeast Iowa we
managed to get a few pictures. So for all those who have never
been here we’ll share a few. The leaves are changing colors,
the river levels are down, and it’s still warm outside.
The farmers are getting the crops in and before we know it
everything will be covered in white.
When you cruise the back roads you may run across a combine
in your lane and they won’t do 65 mph. If you’re patient the
delay doesn’t add much time to your travels.
It’s not over when you get your destination if you look
And if it’s not too cloudy you may even see my old friend.
So there’s a short tour through northeast Iowa. At some
point later we may post more pictures. Enjoy the rest of our
weekend, and a Sunday snicker is coming later.
