Here we go

Is it just us or was Obama parroting Hilary in his recent
speech on the Orlando shootings? This thought will be
unfathomable to those of liberal or progressive leanings,
but hear us out.

The part of speech that spoke volumes to us was the part
when he said something like “would calling this Islamic
terrorism have saved one life?” Sounding to us like a
version of Clinton’s “what difference, at this point, does
it make?”

There is a very simple answer to Obama’s question and
it is YES. IF the government was pro-active instead of
retro-active on this issue lives would have been spared.
It is easy, in hindsight, to say something wouldn’t have
made a difference as it can’t be proven if it would have
or not.

But, too many people crazier than outhouse rats, who say
they support the radicals are slipping through too many
cracks. Yet it is so much easier to blame the gun. After
all, guns are scary to some people. Shot inside a building
guns are loud, and guns can’t argue back.

As someone who has a lick of common sense, I do wonder.
There are somewhere around 275 million guns in private
hands in our country and gun owners hold about 12
trillion rounds of ammunition. Common sense would then
dictate that if guns, or we gun owners, were the problem
the country would know it.

Gun control isn’t working, trying to ban guns isn’t
working, and still crime is going down as more people buy
guns. Yet this administration says the problem is guns and
they need more control.

The government needs to be focused on acting before these
shootings happen instead of trying to explain why they
didn’t after the fact. They’re talking the talk but not
walking the walk.
Comments are always welcome.

    Rifleman III,
thanks for the reblog. As for the assault ratchet, I was holding that one back because I don’t want the liberals making restrictive laws about my tools.

    The liberals are already tools.

Amen to that. I can’t figure them out.
