The new stretch of West Locust from the interstate east almost to the high school has gravel along the cement that has not been maintained this summer and has washed out in several places. Some of the drops along the edge are getting deep. With all the money we spent on that project you would have thought it would have been at least blacktopped on the side, or even poured concrete.

The abandoned grocery store at Kimberly and Division has been covered in grafitti on the west side of the building.
